Both our Spokane and Chico locations offer in person psychiatric evaluations to deliver the comprehensive care that you deserve. We require your first initial evaluation be conducted in person to build rapport with your psychiatric provider. Once an established patient, you will have the option to utilize our virtual office visits for your convenience.
We understand the importance of receiving quality care at your convenience, which is why we offer virtual office visits. It is just one of the ways we put our patients first. Our virtual office visits serve as an alternative to our office appointments to best suit your personal mental health needs. Our telepsychiatry visits include video conferencing capabilities so were able to interact with our patients with the one-on-one attention they would get during a regular office visit. Prior to your visit we ask that you are prepared with devices needed to run our application
Upon arrival for your first appointment, we ask that you arrive at least (30) minutes before your appointment to fill out our new patient packet. We now offer an electronic version to be completed via our patient portal or self-check-in feature for your convenience and efficiency.
